Paola V. Clark, Ed.D.Dr. Clark is an international education leader, consultant, curriculum development, and instructional design innovation expert with 23 years of experience in PK-12 independent schools and higher education settings. A visionary and strategic leader, Dr. Clark leads with data, research, and heart. In addition to being a school leader, Dr. Clark has led, designed, implemented, and delivered K-20 STEM and language acquisition programs, as well as brick-and-mortar and blended courses. She also serves as trustee in nonprofit boards.
Dr. Clark provides consultancy services in all aspects of K-12 school operations and strategy, including leadership and professional development, governance, IB and independent school accreditation cycles, program design, curriculum design and innovation, and strategic planning, among others. With comprehensive expertise and an in-depth understanding of the intellectual and developmental needs of learners of all ages and a proven record of successfully preparing them for the next level of their academic journeys, Dr. Clark brings both research-based and practical knowledge. Dr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology with minors in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics from UNALM (Lima, Peru), and a Master of Science degree in Science education from NOVA Southeastern University. She also holds a Doctor of Education degree in Education with an additional concentration in Educational Technology from the University of Central Florida and an Executive Scholar Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Kellogg School of Management-Northwestern University. Likewise, she has completed advanced coursework in educational leadership at the Education Specialist level and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Kansas. Dr. Clark has also earned a Klingenstein Fellowship for Heads of Schools at Columbia University. |
